Birthday Bash at St. Agatha Resort

Today is my brother Johann's birthday and in celebration, he invited us to a resort near their place for a day trip.

St. Agatha Resort is among the famous swimming pool resorts north of Manila. Located in Guiguinto, Bulacan and accessible via Tabang Exit of North Luzon Expressway, the place is less than an hour drive away from the capital and is good for a quick getaway from the city.

Entrance to the resort is PHP200 per adult for day swimming (from 8AM-5PM). The place is known for its 11 Waves Pool. There is also a 25 meter lap pool and a kiddie pool here.

They also have a restaurant in-house called Bistro Ambrosio, although most of day trippers like us bring their own food, which is allowed with no corkage fees, except for bottles of softdrinks. The restaurant have package meals and price is just reasonable as I see it.

As always, Ethan had the most fun today wading through and playing with the water.

The resort also has nipa huts and cottages available for rent. Very helpful specially for those who come here just for the day.

what is this for?

The resort also have hotel rooms for those who would like to stay overnight. Overall it is a nice resort to go to in this area as their price is affordable, facilities are good and clean and the proximity from Manila is quite accessible.
