Reach more regional destinations with PAL Express

PAL Express short for Philippine Airlines Express, is a low-cost regional airline segment ran by Philippine Airlines, a leading airline in the Philippines. Armed with Bombardier turbo-props, it aims to take off 50-seater and 76-seater flights to small airports that were previously unreachable by big jets. Smaller aircraft also means they can now cater to smaller groups and offer more frequent flights to some destinations.

Currently, it serves the following routes:
Cebu - Bacolod
Cebu - Butuan
Cebu - Caticlan
Cebu - General Santos
Cebu - Tacloban
Manila - Busuanga
Manila - Caticlan

In the future it plans to add more routes, specifically:
Cebu - Cagayan de Oro
Cebu - Davao
Cebu - Dipolog
Cebu - Iloilo
Cebu - Ozamis
Cebu - Puerto Princesa
Cebu - Zamboanga
Manila - Calbayog
Manila - Cauayan (Isabela)
Manila - Legazpi
Manila - San Fernando (La Union)
Manila - San Jose (Occidental Mindoro)
Manila - Surigao
Manila - Virac

To a lot of travellers, may it be business or personal, this is definitely a good news. There are routes that are not previously served by any airline, or services to routes are not that frequent (2 times a week or more seldom in other routes, etc.). It also means more options to take for travellers and for frequent flyers, more ways to earn miles!

Again, this is not a paid advertisement.
