First Starbucks Coffee Shop in Pike Place Market

A coffee-lover visiting Seattle should not miss the famous coffee stores born in the city. Starbucks, Tully's and Seattle's Best, among others have their headquarters in Seattle.

Starbucks Coffee, one of the most popular coffee brands worldwide started from this coffee shop in Pike Place Market. It is still considered the first outlet of the chain after it moved from another location in the city to Pike Place Market in 1976. To top it off, they also introduced the new Pike Place Roast, its namesake coming from this outlet.

Inside the store, like any Starbucks outlet, they sell other stuffs other than coffee as collectibles. This store, being historical to the company, also sells things not available in other stores.

The original Starbucks logo. Just recently, Starbucks started to rollback it's old brown logo.

I didn't really had anything this time. I wanted to have a cup of hot coffee or choco but I was full time. Jeo though bought some souvenirs for someone back home.

More pictures are available in multiply. Just add me as a friend to view them.
